Led by Kieran Champion, Champion Museum and Art Gallery Services (CMAGS) provides specialized operational consultancy for the global museum and gallery sector.

With over 20 years of experience, Kieran has held leadership roles at major international institutions, including the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) and M+ Museum (Hong Kong), alongside several of Melbourne’s premier galleries, such as the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA), the Ian Potter Museum of Art, RMIT Gallery, and MUMA.

His established career also includes the University of Oxford’s Ashmolean Museum (established 1683), where he worked on the team that managed and oversaw the decanting and storage of the collection, facilitating a large-scale architectural and internal display renovation, and the full installation prior to reopening.

Specializing in both large-scale institutional readiness and complex exhibition builds, Kieran's project history features the Interim Collection Storage Improvement Project (ICSIP) at the NGV. At M+ Museum, his role encompassed the setup and delivery of museum storage and logistics, ancillary asset management, and back-of-house systems and equipment, alongside coordinating and training the installation team to deliver the inaugural opening exhibition.
